My stay had its ups and downs. The resort is in a clean area with a nice view of the animals, but unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited. It felt like a missed opportunity for a relaxing stay, especially given the higher price point. Overall, it could be a fun family trip, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Rooms
5.0
The room was located on level 2, which made it tough to navigate with a baby stroller since there were no elevators. It had an old roller blind instead of a proper door, and our view was mostly of the back area with significantly fewer animals.
Service
5.0
Service was lacking, especially when we found out there was no slot available for the 3 PM shuttle to the lobby. It would have been helpful if staff had better communication about this.
Location
7.0
The resort is in a clean area near the theme park, which is great for families. However, it's a bit out of the main city, so keep that in mind if you're looking for more local activities.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a letdown as one of the main restaurants was closed during our stay, limiting our food options. The meals we had were reasonably priced but not very noteworthy.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities could use some improvement, particularly in terms of accessibility for families. Having more dining options and better lift access would be beneficial.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. The clean and spacious rooms were comfortable, but the check-in process was frustrating, and the communication from the staff was lacking. The dining options could definitely improve as some meals were disappointing. The unique animal encounters were enjoyable, but the overall service did not match the high price we paid.

We had an amazing time at the resort, especially with the unique animal interactions right outside our room. The spacious room was clean, although a bit outdated, and the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it's a delightful family-friendly place, but it can be pricey if you're looking for luxury.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a wonderful view of giraffes and other animals, though they felt a bit rundown.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag; some staff were eager to help while others seemed impatient and unhelpful.
Location
9.0
The resort is ideally located inside the Leofoo Theme Park, making it convenient for family visits to see animals up close.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were limited and did not match the price range; the buffet lacked variety and freshness.
Facilities

The resort has enjoyable animal encounters and an indoor playground for kids, though it lacks some luxury facilities.

Our stay had its ups and downs. The location next to the animal enclosure was a fun experience for the kids, but the rooms felt outdated and lacked attention to detail. While there were moments of excellent service, some dining experiences left a lot to be desired. Overall, I felt the value for money was lacking.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious but felt outdated and lacking basic amenities like a bath tub and proper bathroom privacy.
Service
6.0
The service was hit or miss; some staff members were friendly, but others seemed untrained in providing a quality experience.
Location
7.0
The resort has a great location near animal enclosures, providing a fun atmosphere, but it's a bit out of the city.
Dining
5.0
Dining was inconsistent; the first meal was nice, but the second night was chaotic with forgotten orders and long waits.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities could use improvement; there's a lack of elevators which made it challenging for families.

6.2/10

During our family visit, we were excited about staying at a resort with animals, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. While we enjoyed the close contact with some animals, the accommodations were less than ideal, and the amusement park didn't hold a candle to Disneyland. On the positive side, the buffet meals were decent, but I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a day.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were okay, but dusty and in need of maintenance.
Service
7.0
Staff were helpful, assisting with our luggage and offering a free shuttle to the nearby theme park.
Location
6.0
The resort is located a bit out of the city, but it's inside a theme park which provided a unique experience.
Dining
8.0
The buffet dinner and breakfast had a good variety and were quite satisfying.
Facilities
5.0
The resort had a small theme park, but it felt inadequate compared to larger ones.
