My stay had its ups and downs. The resort is in a clean area with a nice view of the animals, but unfortunately, the dining options were quite limited. It felt like a missed opportunity for a relaxing stay, especially given the higher price point. Overall, it could be a fun family trip, but be prepared for some inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The clean and spacious rooms were comfortable, but the check-in process was frustrating, and the communication from the staff was lacking. The dining options could definitely improve as some meals were disappointing. The unique animal encounters were enjoyable, but the overall service did not match the high price we paid.
We had an amazing time at the resort, especially with the unique animal interactions right outside our room. The spacious room was clean, although a bit outdated, and the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it's a delightful family-friendly place, but it can be pricey if you're looking for luxury.
Our stay had its ups and downs. The location next to the animal enclosure was a fun experience for the kids, but the rooms felt outdated and lacked attention to detail. While there were moments of excellent service, some dining experiences left a lot to be desired. Overall, I felt the value for money was lacking.
During our family visit, we were excited about staying at a resort with animals, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. While we enjoyed the close contact with some animals, the accommodations were less than ideal, and the amusement park didn't hold a candle to Disneyland. On the positive side, the buffet meals were decent, but I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a day.
